Coping with everyday life, mindfulness & high sensitivity

The ability to cope with everyday life is linked to the quality of life. Quality of life is influenced by various factors, including physiological and psychological ones.

The mindful observation of the interaction between body and mind increases the quality of life. Practicing mindfulness is a process that can be learned and mastered.

The highly sensitive person (HSP) is characterised for having a stronger sensory perception. The presence of others can be irritating for a highly sensitive person, while being at the same time enjoyable and pleasant company for the other person. Highly sensitive people are normally popular and beloved, however they run the risk of falling into "social" exhaustion.

Working together through alternative strategies, everyday life can be mastered in a positve way.
